Crissa is raising awareness and funds for the Deeley Research Centre in Victoria. A team of scientists and doctors will be using T cells to stimulate the body’s own immune system to fight cancer. Clinical trials will start at the end of 2016, and they’re hoping to offer cancer patients a safe alternative to chemo and radiation.
